White face gauges?
I am wondering if anybody has tried the 67-72 white face overlay kit from whiteguages.net? I installed the kit for my '92 Explorer, and its holding up great. The kit is only $20, and I am debating puting one in while I am working on the cluster.

ther found on ebay or at www.whitegauges.net
depends on the color you want if going with a 70-72 style it is 194's and they have a bulb for the 69-down but don't remember the number(probably almost identical to the original bulb #). for the guages one for each guage on the older style 67-69 and two two for the whole cluster 70-72.

WOW 460 crew,
I have been wanting one of the chrome F600 style gauge clusters but after seeing yours with the white gauges I'm having second thoughts.
Very NICE![Thumbs up ](./images/smilies/icon_thumright.gif)

460 crew,
That is a beautiful instrument panel! What is the round thing on the left with the louvres in it? I thought all of the center strips with FORD on it had a bullet point at each end.

Thanks. The round thing is one of my A/C vents. I still have to put the other side in. That one in there was kind of a test fit. Was kinda hard chopping up a new bezel but it turned out the way i visioned.

curious as to how you dealt with the blue being a little dim?
I used the white led bulbs with two leds a peice but they look bluish and hard to seer at night. do i need to get reflective paint for the needls and the back side of the pannel inside the cluster.

re: White face gauges?
The pics don't do the LED's any justice they are bright but not like some bright whites , it's a little softer on the eyes.
They stand out a little more with the needles painted with florecent model paint and all the surrounds are white so it reflects in there.
