Not really an update but more of another addition to the parts list.

I recieved my upper coil buckets and lower bucket and retainers from JBG a couple days ago.

So pretty mucch all thats left is to fab up a trac bar bracket and when everything is together and where it belongs i'll have to measure for the adjustable trac bar and order it up.

Here's the new parts. Image

We are working on house stuff and xmas here I need a few more parts for the coil conversion. The serp setup got traded with my 77 recently and we bought an 06 Mega cab with the 5.9 diesel so I've been driving that so the 70 can rest for a bit till I can give it a ton of attention after the new yr. :D

BTY was looking to sell my 77 and my buddy has wanted it for a while(kinda a long story) and figured he'd be happy with the truck and I'd be happy with an 06 KTM 450SX and also make more $ selling it than the truck. Plus it stays between friends.

Thanks 67 Ford f100,

Well no real progres to report only that I swapped my BFG mud's back on that were on my 77 I traded and have my pitbull rockers stacked in the garage for offroad outings. They were just too off balanced for sreet driving and vibrating everything on the truck to death, also alot more strain on my steering components. I'll post up a pic of the 70 now and a pic of the 06 3500 mega cab.

Not really a big update but making progress in finding parts for my coil conversion.

Was at the junkyard looking for other things and stumbled on a F150 trac bar bracket for an F150 that had the lift extension on it already, snagged it for 10 bucks :D

So this leaves me with a list of
New pitman arm to replace the wallerd out one I have on there now
an adjustable trac bar
new shocks
And some extra time to work on it.

No real progress except I had to put some new tires amd wheels on the truck because the old BFG's neded to be traded out so now a set of 16in black teflon rims and some new 35in BFG KM2's. BFG stopped making the 16.5 muds so I had to upgrade so Discount tire would warranty out my tires.

Another money pit. LOL Started out a 1915 turbo 4 seat mid travel rail now it is a 4 seat 20" up front and 16" rear 2.5 subaru turbo sandcar. No matter what the project I always find a way to make it bigger or faster and the wife more angry and confused as to why she bought into my BS.
