I think the rails are off a dentside, not sure but I have a set on a bump, I will compare closely. I'm thinking the wheels are aftermarket too, but Ford put out some strange option trucks/vans over the years. I remember an "XLS" option package on Fseries in the late 70s/early 80s ? or maybe from one of those "denim vans". I've never seen these wheels, thats why the truck caught my attention in the first place
the back bumper definitely isn't period correct, I was thinking dentside because the brackets will fit up to a 96 frame.
