Not sure on most valuable but some really desirable ones are sport bumper brackets/bumper(But it's usually the bracket's themselves that someone needs, factory radio-delete plates are worth a little bit, original bucket seat brackets for our trucks are pretty valuable as well. That's some that come to mind off the top of my head, but there are more.

the most wanted parts come from 73-79 trucks. 460 and small block perches. power steering stuff. the really rare stuff like bucket seat tracks and hood scoops can only be found on certain trucks. and on big trucks. the rest is fodder for your sales.

One that I didn't see listed is the Manual Shift Column from the later 70's trucks that tilt!
