Ford Color.

Post by R.Smith »

I was at a cruise in last summer where I saw a fellas 1963 Galaxie 500 that was painted a Ford white. It wasn't Wimbeldon...it was more of an ivory or light creme. He told me the name but I can't remember it. He swore it was a factory color. I'm thinking it would look good on my bump. Anyone know what this color could be?

Ford had a "Pure White" that I know of here's a link to a color-chart with the color on it:
http://www.tcpglobal.com/autocolorlibra ... k-pg01.jpg It is the 3rd color down on the first column on the left. And here's a picture of "Pure White" on a '53 F-100:
