Re: What do these buttons do?
The second pic (one above the brake release) looks like a brake pressure differential warning light. First pic, no clue...

Re: What do these buttons do?
Tbone is correct about the warning light. The first picture one is probably a previous owner mod as I don't think these trucks came with buttons like that. If your truck has a cargo light that's normally where a pull out knob would be to turn it on. If you do have the light that button may have turn it on or something.

Re: What do these buttons do?
I am thinking it is something owner installed, here is the position for a stock cargo light switch. Notice the distance between the emergency flasher switch... Maybe a starter button or something?

Re: What do these buttons do?
My guess is that it's a dash-mounted horn button, 'cuz the one on the steering wheel doesn't work. I've seen them mounted on the bottom of the dash before, where the sheet metal turns horizontal, so the button is facing down.

I've got one of those "options". Plan on fixing it right when I get my new steering wheel.colnago wrote:My guess is that it's a dash-mounted horn button, 'cuz the one on the steering wheel doesn't work.
