No More In-Cab Fuel Tank

Post by GreaseMonkey »

Since my truck came with a bed mounted aux fuel tank I have decided to remove the in-cab fuel tank. I plan on closing up the filler neck hole in the future and have now begun thinking on what to do for the space behind the seat. Part of the reason I removed the in-cab tank was for more interior storage room.

I am wanting to maybe build some sort of bin/tray type thing to put in the tanks place to help hold things in place. I am wondering if any of yall have maybe done the same. If you have, please post up some picuters. Thanks

Rare as hen's teeth but there was a factory option storage box behind the seat. You can see pics through Keith's hyperlink in this thread "you can see pictures here". http://www.fordification.com/forum/view ... p?p=623991 I'm on my phone or I'd just post them myself.

Figures you're in Texas, I could use that in-cab fuel tank. :(
