Adding Headrests to the Bench Seat
Has anyone added head rests to their stock bench seat(s)? I have an F-350 Crew Cab with front and rear bench seats and I want to add head rests to the stock seats. Keeping my stock seats is mandatory for me. I was thinking I would need to find another bench seat with head rests, cut out the frame supports and hardware and weld or fabricate brackets to attach them to my stock seat frame. I plan to reupholster the seats soon and I thought this would be a good time to do the modification. I also want to add shoulder harnesses. The B and C Pillars have plugs covering the mounting holes, so I'm pretty sure the cab is already to accept the shoulder harnesses. Any suggestions or pictures?

Re: Adding Headrests to the Bench Seat
I think there is an article in the tech section about using 73-79 bench seats that have headrests. I am relying on memory, which sometimes suffers set backs at my age...
