Headliner suggestion

Post by duaneo »

Folks,

I've done a bit of headliner shopping and have been frustrated primarily by the cost of shipping. For some reason, I'm ok spending $100+ for a glorified piece of cardboard, but paying more than $100 in shipping really bothered me. I found these new headliners on eBay for $110 + $15 shipping, and I thought I'd share.

This one is perforated:

This one is not:

Once I install it, I'll post a review, and perhaps a photo. :)

Cheers,
Duane

I vote for the "holey" one 'cause it's like the original, it's not plastic and isn't designed for mounting speakers!

You're right about shipping costs - They can turn a really good deal into a bad idea. We gotta get some drones in the air!

Believe me, my young friend, there is nothing - absolutely nothing - half so much worth doing as simply messing about in garages. (Apologies to Kenneth Grahame.)

As an alternative, head to Lowe's or HD and get a 4x8 sheet of shower surround paneling... cut out and install as-is or paint or upholster.
