Damn. even though i really had my heart set on flames, there are a lot of haters of flames at my school, and you cant trust haters. I think I am going to go with True Blue or Real glossy black now. Kinda disappointing, but I'll still love it. I guess when i grow up and fully restore a 67 SWB with some real cash, I will do it . We all dream.

you should go with a long bed. they look so much better. not that i dont love all fords but i think a swb looks like a lwb shat got rearended but it didnt sell up the body.

flames are AWESOME if understated. i have always liked pearl flames. just do the basecoat then use the basecoat with real pearl added for the flames. not too gaudy, shouldnt get you in trouble at school and when the sun hits it just right.......youve got fire. we did 3 motorcycle tanks this way. awesome.
