Where is this door panel available for purchase?

Post by kmorrison »

Hey guys,

I've been looking around for a door panel styled like this but haven't seen one available anywhere. Anyone have a link or a place they recommend calling?

thanks

It looks custom. I have not seen one like that for sale anywhere and it is possible that it is a standard door panel that someone took to an upholstery shop and had done, as that is what it looks like to me. I could be wrong and if those are available anywhere, I would be curious to see where and how much they are. But more than likely, that is a custom upholstery job. You could probably get it done at a shop for a couple hundred for the pair (guestimate)...

The pattern is the same as my 71 explorer, in my case they're saddle colored and the "chrome" trim around the perimeter is flaking off. I have almost no hope of finding a clean replacement that's an exact match.

I had my door panels made just like those. I had them stitch them to resemble the door panels that were original to the truck.
