How to install emergency light knob?

How to install emergency light knob?
First off could someone link me to where I can buy that knob. And how do I install is does it just slid on to the medal rod piece?

R U talking about the emergency flasher? In my 68 it is a toggle switch in the glove box. In my 65 it was a knob and NPD has them.
