Retro fitting original radio

Post by 1 Crummyshooter »

In a thread about things PO had done to your truck 67fordman1965 and I were chatting about how to refit the original radio after someone tore up the original mounting tabs.

I am attempting to cobble something together, to hang the radio from the bezel tabs. That with the rear support might work.

So here are a couple pictures of my first attempt. I've rejected it. I think I can do better.

Due to the high cost of ammunition, you can no longer expect a warning shot.

When someone was beating on my door hollering "Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms", I naturally assumed it was a delivery.
