high hump or low hump for my transmission?
Hey guys! I'm looking to buy some carpet for my truck but I don't know if I have a high hump or low. My truck is a 1969 with a 390 6.4 liters and its an automatic. The center over the transmission has bolts and can be removed. I can post a picture if needed.

That would be the high hump. It's a removable cover, typical with the FE engines although some say not necessary.

Are both the C6 and np435, "high hump," behind an FE?

All original c6 trucks had high hump. All factory floor shift trucks are high hump also.
Low hump factory trucks woyld have been mx fmx or c4 auto trans. And 3 spd column shift.
