The original door lock gromets are made of plastic and have a tendency to break over time. When on a visit to the junk yard I found where someone used black rubber gromets on their 67-72 ford truck. I bought a rubber grommet kit from Harbor Freight and found the correct size to fit my 1972 F250's inside door lock holes. They look good and the lock pull handles work good and don't rattle. Just an FYI for anyone who might want to try it instead of the clear or chrome plastic ones.
