Re: 68 grille
I havent found any made in the aftermarket, your going to have to look every where you can think of to get one, i looked for 6 months before i found one that could be restored without costing a arm and leg. Ask in the "parts wanted" section of this site, check ebay, swap meets, junkyards, craigslist. i found mine driveing by someones house and seen 69 in the back that looked like it had been sitting for a while and turned around to go back just to ask to see if it would be sold. bought me a nice looking grille for $125 and the owner wanted to sell me anything else i wanted.

Re: 68 grille
Its bobsf100.com, their website doesn't show them but it does in the magazine for classic trucks. It says "huge inventory of used and new grills, starting at $99.95" if you find one that is just a little dinged or scratched I can tell you how to turn it into a very new looking polished aluminum grill. It easy to do. The grills in the picture are all ones for the 67-72 trucks.

Re: 68 grille
I looked for about 3 years before I found my 67 chrome (bright) grill at the right price in the right condition and that was surprisingly enough on ebay of all places, and the guy was decent about shipping too!
Although I was looking for a 67 only grill, I kept finding the 68-69-70-71 grills I DIDN'T want over and over. Be sure to get real creative with search words too, the more creative you are the more likely you'll uncover something, and often because it's listed a little differently perhaps not many other folks are looking at it and you might score a good deal.
Check your local Craig's list on the web too if you haven't already.
Also be sure if you end up having the grill shipped to you, that the person you buy it from understands these are delicate grills and damage easily, so it has to be packed to withstand abuse on the trip. The size can add to shipping costs also. Nothing worse then finally finding the grill you wanted after so long and having it show up mangled!
