New speedometer wood
I have a 1969 ranger, I'm looking for a new speedometer but all the remanufactured wood looks not even close to the orginal, Its like they tried to make the complete opposite. Why is this? and does anyone know who makes a speedometer that looks close to original?

Re: New speedometer wood
Do you mean the woodgrain finish on the instrument cluster bezel?
The '69 was a one year only woodgrain (I think), some have called it "Teak". The '70-'72 looks more like a darker, burl woodgrain finish
Haven't seen that style repro'd, you might have find the material and cut to fit.
Scroll down, there's both styles.

Re: New speedometer wood
Thanks 72 Bahama ( Very Helpful ) Hazelnut told me about a company called metro styling where I can get the sticker and cut it myself. With the link you listed I now know that the repro is for 70-72.
