What ac system do you have? They're are many different brands and styles that were used. Mine is called the Cust-O-Matic but it does not have a second glove box.

Re: ac glovebox parts
I checked out my factory AC glove box, it looks like the door is connected by a plastic hinge. I don't know if it can be replaced. There won't be any aftermarket suppliers for it, you would have to find a junk yard one if it can be replaced. Only other option I can think of if you can't fix the door is replace the whole AC box. That would be a big headache.

Or, you could just fab up a new one out of aluminum or something. A couple of jewelry box hinges and some wood screws should be enough to attach it to the AC box. I think it uses a magnet to hold it shut, so screw a small piece of magnetic stainless to the inside of the door where the handle attaches.

Yea I think the fab idea is going to be it. I got all the stuff to do it. Gives me a reason to finally set up my shop. Shear and break along with everything else has been in plastic for about 6 months now. Lol
