Steering wheel cover 72

Post by ranger_68_f100 »

I've got a 72 F100 and I think the steering shaft and wheel have been swapped.
Is there a way to determine which steering wheel I have to get the right steering horn cover?
:help: :help:
Thanks!!

can u post a pic of your steering wheel.
It will either be a boomerang shaped pad cover, or a metal partial ring type. the older ones like my 68 have the metal type. If the shaft has several threads exposed after the wheel retaining nut is tightened then yours will be the padded type.
