What kinda seat is this?

This seat is in my 69 highboy. It splits right in the middle. My truck is boxwood green with black interior( interior color might change not sure what color) but the red seat doesn't match. Looked for a reupholstry kit and even for a slip but couldn't find anything. Anyone know what this seat came out of and where I can get an upholstery kit?

I've looked all over and still can't find a reupholstery kit. In lmc they want you to buy two seat covers because this seat was the "front" seat. Looks like some broncos had these seats too. My dad used a vinyl seat kit from lmc on his dent and it turned out really good, like a brand new stock seat. Easy to instal as well
